This vacant lot has been gentrified, and a neat path has been laid along the old masonry.

On the path, which stretched for 200 meters, I did not meet anyone, except a couple of suspicious-looking men, one of them was sitting on the rocks with a bottle, the rest just stood in place, looking around and as if waiting for someone. All of them followed me with their eyes very carefully, but there was no aggression or attempt to speak from them. There were syringes and bottle glass underfoot here and there, from which I deduced the appropriate conclusions and hurried to a more public place as soon as possible. It is interesting that these muddy personalities did not look at all like homeless people or marginal youth - they were decently dressed and over the age of 40.
